Moo cow

Ewww.. don't you love when someone catches your bad side on camera.. I love it even more when all my sides are bad!

Day 1

So today being my first day I'm kind of taking it easy

Breakfast: slept through it..

Lunch: Redbull, carrots,  broccoli,  Alfredo pasta, peas.

Dinner: stir fry veggies and chicken salad and water. :)

Exercise: 30 min cardio

Not the best start, but a start nonetheless. 

Weight: 170 =

Goals: bed early, no food after 9, skip ice cream, early morning walk tomorrow. :)
